Cooking Ideas

I've been on a deep fried kick lately, looking for some additional ideas. I know there is a lot of concern about deep fried foods, but if you use healthy food items and natural oils you can actually have a remarkably healthy snack.

One of the dieting fads these days is to indulge yourself a little bit with the foods you love with the idea that never given in creates unhealthy binge eating habits. Having a few deep fried snack recipes handy is a great way to get that deep fried taste without killing your arteries.
